Jennifer was so helpful and informative!
Except for Price fluctuations everything else here is pretty ideal. Some of the doors don't work as smooth as they could but I've had seven units and the service is always excellent. No problems with billing or break-ins. Occasionally it is difficult to get in touch with the office staff because of afternoon maintenance.

I was completely and utterly let down by cottonwood and their behind the desk staff. I do not recommend.
Units are very clean, accessible and secured. The owner communicated very well and prices were great- I took advantage of his "move in special". Thanks again!
