Just left there trying to rent a storage and received the WORST customer service from a man who seemed so annoyed that I had walked-in and actually put him to work! He kept rolling his eyes and making faces when I asked simple questions!!! When asked his name he said I needed to leave and would not give me his name. I can’t believe people like him can still be employed!! Because of his rude manners they lost a customers and I now I am having to write this! Moving from out of state, they made it easy to make a reservation and come in and get my rental.

Except for Price fluctuations everything else here is pretty ideal. Some of the doors don't work as smooth as they could but I've had seven units and the service is always excellent. No problems with billing or break-ins. Occasionally it is difficult to get in touch with the office staff because of afternoon maintenance.
