Good quality for the price I visited many retirement communities in the Wichita/Augusta/Andover area and found Cottonwood Point to have the most beautiful setting, it is located on Augusta Lake, the building was in immaculate condition, the staff was friendly and had worked there anywhere from 9 years to 2 years. (It has been opened for 9 years). The apartments are spacious with a full kitchen, all appliances including washer/dryer.
