The option to dowload the user manual to navigate this "web portal" is never a good indication of user friendly.

People are nice and seem to want to be helpful to customers, ensure they have water services needed. My low rating has to do with funky hours and employees not being available. The website is for information only, there is NO interface for customers to access their accounts, make payments, view bills and it really needs to updated; has no options to complete any of the above. You must call in, and with only being open until 1:00pm 4 days a week, you would think the website would accommodate customer needs to complete buisine... read more

Cottonwood Mutual Water Co. takes great care of their customers and strives to provide the best culinary water possible. Their employees are dedicated and work together with the Board to maintain high quality services while keeping rates low.
