Good store selection but Mall is Quite loud due to warehouse concept inside. – Had a pretty good selection, esp with anchor stores like Penney's, Sears and Dillards involved. Sadly, it was horridly loud with nothing to absorb sound out in the Mall areas since it had the "warehouse" feel with no ceilings. If a kid screams on the other end of the Mall, you hear it on the opposite end. Even with nothing more than usual people noise, normal crowds sound like an entire hive of bees due to lack of sound absorption. Unless you like... read more

Relaxing Shopping Mall – I recently moved to the west side, I had no idea what a extraordinary Mall was on this side. I used to dread going to the mall. The kids on the east side simply overwelm that mall and evenings and weekends there belong to the thugs. Cottonwood Mall actually has security, I saw them everywhere. The shoppers in the mall are mostly adults.It was so relaxing that I spent hours there when I went. The building is big and bright and new. The people are so nice, and the parking lot is huge.
