Today was my first time stopping in and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Sandra specifically helped me with a machine issue I was having and knew exactly what I needed to fix it! She even offered for me to bring my machine in if it still wasn't working, but when I got home and followed the steps she gave me everything worked perfectly! Cottonwood will definitely be my go to shop, highly recommend
