Worst service ever. I called at 9:38 p.m. and was told my car would be picked up in 90 minutes. The next day the mechanic said my car never arrived. When I called the company, a woman yelled at me, refused a full refund, and hung up. I never got any service. Very unprofessional – do not recommend.
People answering the phone are incompetent. Two hours late and had to cancel. More excuses than a cable company.
