Will never go back to them. They replaced the front driver wheel bearing. On that they did good. The brake pads where worn out and the rotor was thin and needed replaced . They never said a word about this. They put worn out pads back on the car. Why would they do that? The car is in a another shop.
although it normally takes 2 weeks to get my car back rather than the expected few days, it is usually fixed right and for a fair price.
We took our car to Cottons, and were pleasantly surprised ! The service men have great expertise and are very friendly and very honest! When it came time to pay, we were even more surprised. Their rates are so much cheaper than other places! We recommend taking your auto to them.
Great Honest Service I know when I take my car to Cotton Pacess Auto Service I will get an honest answer as to what is wrong with my car. They will listen to me and drive it. The price is always fair. One time they did not even charge me. I highly recommend them to everyone.
