On April 7th, 2024, I traveled from New York to visit the Danbury Fair Mall in Connecticut. I entered Cotton On and selected 5 shirts to try on. Upon reaching the fitting room, I found no employee present to assist. One fitting room door was left open from the previous customer. My kids love shopping here and I dreaded visiting because the workers were always hit or miss, and the dressing room was rarely open. We recently visited and there was immediate relief. We were welcomed, and the worker there told us about the sale they were having. Overall, a much better experience! I don't even leave reviews... but I wanted to share how nice the guy was and we appreciated him. I hope the company takes good care of him.
