Charlie Graham is an amazing massage therapist. I had a great experience. I went in upper arm (pain around the shoulder) which originated in degenerated neck vertebrae. He gave a very soothing massage. He knew exactly where it would be sore. Some places I did not even know until he put his fingers on those spots. I wish I can go back for more massage therapy sessions with Charlie here.
Not impressed with an appointment with the dietitian I've been waiting over a month for getting rescheduled due to pre-appointment paperwork not complete. Communication and follow-up are key components of good business. Waiting another 45 days is not acceptable.
After fumbling with office ergonomics and coping with massage, I knew I needed to get some professional help to get to the root of my back pain. Sarah was great to do a full assessment, give me a program to learn to activate muscles that I didn’t even realize I was underutilizing, and follow up to make sure I was progressing as expected.
