I had to be dismissed from the case by lawyer, Michael Gates, just because I sound so rude through the phone when it was the operator on the phone. Of course, interpreters would ruin the representatives who are deaf, also hard of hearing. Now, I am blaming myself which make me look like I am a bad person when I am not. I would rate them 0 stars if they had it.
