Unbelievable home very caring my father found solace here and the staff are amazing they deserve a medal.... Cottingham Hall looked after my father towards the end and he sadly passed in there but the staff were always amazing and me and my family were thankful for the care and dignity shown not only to my father and all the other elderly folk in there care....truly grateful for their support and care they gave my dad.

Would just like to thank Kerry and all the staff, for making last Saturdays party amazing. It was so loverly to see the residents enjoying themselves, dancing and having fun. Lots of families attended which was lovely to see after not being able to do this for so long. Cott Hall you have amazing party’s my dad really enjoyed the day, and even commented again today how much he had enjoyed himself. Thanks Kerry and team for all your amazing work. Dawn Fry

The staff at the care home are so friendly and helpful. Threw our dad/grandad a special 90th party and even got him a singer, would highly recommend to anyone. The care our relative receives is remarkable xx

The staff and residents of this home are happy.When visiting our relative we are warmly welcomed by both the staff and their charges .The residents individual needs ,some of which are challenging , are well catered for. The staff go over and beyond to make this place a home for their residents they feel safe and well cared for which is reassuring to us as relatives wanting the best for our loved one.

Special thanks to Beth, Samera, Terry (the artist )and all the staff for helping to make dads 90th birthday so special. We all had a great time. Dads face was a picture when he saw us all. Look forward to joining you all at the next get together.
