Our Mom has been a resident from day 1 at The Cottages of Spokane and the level of care has always been above expectations. Our experience has been top notch and supportive when we’ve need to make changes or adjustments. Mom only has positive things to say (if they let her sleep in on occasion!) thank you!
The Cottages have been home for Mom, the last 3 years. I honestly can't imagine a better place for her throughout the different stages of her progression. The staff are all so kind, caring, and fun! And, they are true partners of her health care team.
Amazing lay out of facility with large outside courtyard for Memory care residents to be able to enjoy outside activities sun and fun. Very nice to see a memory care facility that actually cares for the residents and takes pride in what they do.
The cottages of North Spokane is a great facility that provides excellent patient care! The staff are very friendly, professional, and make you and your family feel at home. I highly recommend visiting to experience for yourself.
My Mumsy had the blessing of being a resident at The Cottages of Spokane. The tender and compassionate care she received allowed her to achieve a high quality of life, despite her Cognitive Impairment and terminal diagnosis. The staff are engaging and extremely knowledgable. The serene setting of the cozy cottage buildings and interactive outdoor gardens bring peace and comfort. I highly recommend this community!
