I want to thank Donna Bingham ( Community Manager ) for making our transition to Cottages at Compass Point so smooth. For anyone thinking about moving to a 55 and older community this is the place!
We Moved in NOV 1 2024 , so Far everything is Amazing, the Club house and all the amenities are beautiful all Brand new the Neighbors are all very nice , Especially the Property manager
Cottages at Compass Point is a beautiful place to live. The grounds are impeccable. Donna in the sales office made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and dedicated to this Community. The Community is amazing.
Moved in August 2024. We are getting settled in. Great thing about the community is that you can rent, a rarity in a new active adult community.
