I have lived at the Cottages of Berlin for 1 year and in the time i had no heat just space heaters and AC unite that goes into the window. I have been mentally and physically sick because of what has been going on. The Severn Company does care and the office person just tells you much. Maintenance has no idea of what they are doing. All i get is a lot of lip service. So Please check out everything before you move in.
Visited a friend here. Beautiful apartment. Seems like a great place!

I have experienced as a senior citizen that we seldom receive the kind of professional treatment that this Office had given me .
