My aunty paid $3k for a couch to be restored and they never gave her the couch back, it’s been almost three years now. Called up a few months ago to ask about the money and they told us to wait as the material hasn’t come in yet?? We still have the receipt for it, total scam. Give the money back or the couch or I’ll just come in myself
We do not recommend Cottage Lane Furniture and Upholstery. We are Seniors and have had an unsatisfactory experience with them in relation to our lounge suite restoration. On 3 separate occasions we told Terry that the middle seat of our sofa sagged. I showed him when he came around to give us a quote. I spoke to him on the phone about it, and I texted him a recap of the work that was to be done on our leather lounge suite including fixing the webbing. The seat also had a seam that had come apart. Requested a foam entry way seat cushion to have a cover made. Ang was extremely helpful, very friendly and went above and beyond to make it look incredible, very quick service. Would definitely recommend her, if you're needing coverings etc.
We have a leather sofa which we bought many years ago. Unfortunately the cushions on it are immovable and eventually one side of the sofa effectively collapsed and made it very uncomfortable to sit on. Luckily I noticed an advert for Cottage Lane Furniture and I called them to ask if they could repair the sofa. Terry came round a few days later and his expertise was immediately obvious.
