This the worst place to bring a family member ever since I brought my uncle here they’ve been abusing and and not feeding him and it getting from bad to worse
This the worst place to bring a family member ever since I brought my uncle here they’ve been abusing and and not feeding him and it getting from bad to worse
The Cottages are nice looking facilities. Unfortunately, that’s where the quality ends. My relative has been there for 8 months and the actual care is abysmal. This is not about short staffing, this is about lazy, uncaring staff. They sit in the kitchen, socializing with each other and ignore the residents. The residents are left to sit in a chair, staring at the walls for hours on end. There is a board listing activities but in 8 months time, the only activity we have actually seen take place is handing out coloring book pa... read more
