Lazy, incompetent and condescending. Her secretary pretends to not know who you are calling for and is rude beyond comprehension for a business working with people. Sherry was always perturbed when meeting for mediation (2 times- under an hour) once stating her dogs were at the groomers waiting and once stating she wanted to be at Disney World Asap.
