bought engineered flooring from them 2 years ago paying top $$ Some planks have shown signs of delamination that the company now wont acknowledge that it is delamination! and take responsibility for their product. Customer Service has been quite poor. Hopefully i wont have more planks popping off the floor and wont have to redo my entire floor.
