Driver's are wonderful people but there system it is beyond broken.When you are supposed to be able to run your bus every day, get to work.Do your job but their system is so far beyond not working for the average person that every day there is a missing bus off of a rout like how is this even possible when one route runs once a hour and they have other run every 15 min like they act like its our inconvenience for expecting them be able to manage the job of being a bus system like what? Great service
Never on time picking me up dropping me off tired and get me home hours late home late going to work late doctors and on bus two hours or more late some days and super visor never call back when I leave messages multiple messages I'm grateful for service but it's awful mainstream and bluestar if I lose job who Gona help me 😢 updated in April 2026 things are worst
