The worst bus system put together by far expect to catch more than 3 buses that never link up!!!! The people don’t run Cota Cota runs when they want too. Transit never updates when they cancel the bus or never comes. Late to work Cota doesn’t care, miss the bus oh well Cota says catch the next bus. Is it below 10 degrees wait outside til the bus leaves lol.
Got to ride the bus for over 2 hours today to be the last one dropped off pick up at 8:00 drop off after 10:00am. I am going to be the last person dropped off…. Still no digital fair for COTA mainstream customers lack of respect in that aspect alone is worth 1 star
