We visited the cottage back in March and had a lovely stay. We were happy to find such a great place as we were traveling with our dog. We loved staying in Gosforth, it’s such a great location and not as busy as the other areas in the Lakes. The host, Natasha, was lovely and left some yummy treats for us and our dog :) highly recommend!
We have stayed at Roses Cottage several times over the past few years. It is always spotless, well equipped and comfortable. It is situated in a quiet location, a short drive from lots of lovely mountain walks….perfect! The new booking platform was easy to use too. Thank you for a wonderful holiday xx
What a fantastic cottage! Mill cottage is in a beautiful location in the heart of a pretty village with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Immaculately clean, warm and comfortable and so close to stunning walks, particularly around Wastwater. The owners are so helpful, it made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning.
A beautiful cottage in a great location. We stayed at Rose Cottage for a short get away over the summer and it had everything we needed. A pub just a short walk away, Wastwater a 15 minute (slightly challenging) cycle away and a shops nearby. The owners were nothing but accommodating with great recommendations. Would 10/10 recommend.
I stayed at the cottage over the summer. It’s everything you could ask for; Very well decorated and presented, extremely keen and in a great location. The couple who run it are extremely helpful with local recommendations too. Will keep returning at every opportunity.
