I have bought multiple outdoor items from Costway and have been very happy with the products. They are easy to assemble and so far, the first pieces of furniture I bought are still in excellent condition after a few years outside.
I'm having a terrible experience with this company. I bought a mini split air conditioner and heater for my son's room on the website and it said it would arrive within 5 to 7 days. It's been more than 25 days since I made the purchase. It says it's about to arrive and it never does. I access the tracking number and it never delivers. I contacted the company several times and they ask for 24 hours to resolve the problem, but they never do.
