I reached out to Costpro Lending after my own lender dropped the ball and never contacted me back. I worked with Justin, and by far his communication and hard work were second to none. Him and his team were able to get my refinance done super fast without a lot of hassle, he gave me updates daily. I will be using Costpro in the future for all my refinance needs.

Received a letter which by its face looked like the Rate Review Department of my mortgage lender, which is not CostPro Lending. In it, they state that they have reviewed my loan and determined that my interest rates are higher than the current market rate, and they are offering to refinance me at 6%. My rate is below this. They are lying about reviewing loans and appear to just be looking to scam people into borrowing money from them instead.

Frustrating. Unprofessional. Lack of communication. No follow up on $4000 of list checks. I thought I was dealing with Summit Lending but now it looks like they are a company called CostPro lending. I had Michael Suess too!
