Do not use this office. I was listed as a 50% seller/owner in a real estate closing, and the signed settlement paperwork showed the proceeds were to be split 50/50. Despite that, 100% of the seller proceeds were wired to the other seller, and I received $0. I did not authorize my share of the proceeds to be wired to anyone else. Disappointing experience during our Badin Shores closing. Communication was inconsistent, the process felt disorganized, and several important issues were mishandled. Closing funds were distributed incorrectly, creating unnecessary complications and concerns, and critical paperwork was not properly completed at closing.
