Did not get Alta or CD until we were literally at the closing table… appt was at 3 and did not start until 3:35. Everyone was flustered and it was extremely disorganized. Absolutely no communication and i don’t know why they even have emails because no one answers. The entire home buying experience with Mattamy was FANTASTIC but this really put a dent in the overall experience.
