I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this one has to be shared. This attorney was nearly impossible to reach by phone, regularly took 2–4 days to respond to emails, and I had to request the closing statement multiple times before receiving it. Overall, they were incredibly difficult to work with. As a Realtor, I've worked with many real estate attorneys, and this is not typical. Did not get Alta or CD until we were literally at the closing table… appt was at 3 and did not start until 3:35. Everyone was flustered and it was extremely disorganized. Absolutely no communication and i don’t know why they even have emails because no one answers. The entire home buying experience with Mattamy was FANTASTIC but this really put a dent in the overall experience.
