I wish I could give this law firm 0 stars... not only is this law firm making deals with investment firms... they are, also, covering for them/getting them out of real estate contracts they signed. When we arrived to close, none of the documents were ready to be signed and they did not have the buyer ready or present. After we were finally able to sign our part, they were happy to rush us out. 2 days later, the investor stated the were backing out of the deal. I closed on my home 5/24/21, 4 hour process (not kidding). From the moment I walked in I didn't feel welcome. The focus seemed to be, being surprised I was on time for my appointment. Due to the DMV being slow and not sending me my physical renewed license all I had was my expired one to show. It almost cost me my closing day and the lady performing the closing act as if she did not care. I ended up logging onto the mydmv website and forwarding her by email my unexpired, active license. I closed on my home 5/24/2021 and it was a 4 hour process (not kidding). My closing appointment was at 1:00pm. I arrived at 12:30. ( I was raised/taught to be early for appointments, especially something as important as a home closing so nothing would have to be rescheduled on my part due to being tardy). When I told the lady at the front who I was and what I was there for, her reaction was "oh you're early" instead of "oh welcome nice to see you." Used the NMB office as a “preferred” attorney. Paid $200 more than our normal attorney would have charged. The attorney for the closing was “virtual” FaceTime from a phone and was an hour and a half late to our closing. Worst closing experience ever. I do not recommend them.
