Very unprofessional and slowest closing in my career due to the lock of organization and communication. I only used when the builder requires to use them but they are terrible.
Extremely unprofessional. This should have been a seamless closing through Zillow that turned into a nightmare because of their irresponsible lack of competency. We ended up scrambling the day before closing to get the down payment funds for our new home because Costner forgot to do a title search until it was too late, which caused us to not be able to close on the house we were selling and then use the proceeds to close on our new home.
