Very oily man. Did not pick up phone entire day despite multiple calls. When I showed up he tried to pressure me into buying unnecessary insurance even though I have top coverage with USAA. He wouldn’t let me see contract and tried to hide fees. His website was far cheaper than what he was quoting. He had stacks of random papers in his office, a pen with no ink and he wrote all his payments out with illegible script. When I asked to see it calculated with tax via a system he hedged. I only gave one star so that I could comment. This place deserves a zero stars. Worst customer relations, terrible communication. It’s a scam. This business is under several names with many different phone numbers that nobody ever answers. If you do get a call back, this guy Jacob will promise you the moon and the stars. Then you hear nothing back so you don’t even know if the car that you reserved is actually available. Just shady and unreliable.
I rented a car from here for a few months and will gladly be returning when ever I need to rent again. Got a great monthly rate, and the owner was very helpful. Definitely recommend.
Great experience, the manager went above and beyond to try to help me and if you are looking for a good price on a rental this is the place to go
Warning: Scam Alert – Avoid This Car Rental Dealer! This place is a complete scam. The dealer will claim he has cars available to rent, but once you arrive, the story changes. He told me that the car I booked was still with another renter and asked me to pay upfront to secure it. He promised that if the renter didn’t return it that day, he would deliver another car to me.
