First off I can’t believe I’m writing this…but I have known Mark for over 10 years..he has done my taxes in past but start doing myself then this year we reconnected so he could do taxes. I paid him fee for service, I get paperwork from him and taxes filed. I then see refund was deposited to bank..I check my account but nothing there. I contact Mark to make sure he has correct banking info and he says let me check when I get home and he would call me back. No call back that day. So I call next day, no answer. Mark was recommended by a very dear friend of mines, she spoke of him with such high regard. I wish I could say the same. I have been trying to get in contact with him to get some clarification on my tax filing. The service was paid already so I’m not understanding what the hold up is in the filing process. Would love my documents back so I can at least go file my taxes. You can not keep my W2’s. We have called, text, emailed. Please just a response would be appreciated. Thanks.
