TLDR: Unresponsive, not accurate, rude, and would have cost us thousands. This was the worst tax experience of my life. John was very short via email if he replied at all. In addition: 1) He made an error on our HSA contributions that only we found. When pointed out all he did was send an updated return and no acknowledgement. 2) He did not enter the cost basis correctly on Employee Stock Transactions and if we did not point it out it would have cost us thousands of extra $ in taxes.
