Horrible customer service!!!! Called multiple lawyers at this firm to to get a hold of any to answer the phone and they just don't answer the phone or return calls!!! I WOULD NEVER ISE THEM!!!
Left a message about a month ago trying to pay HOA fees that I was never notified about and still havent heard back. Avoid these people like the plague.
This company just wants you to email- very Senior unfriendly I do not own a computer and my boyfriend has been trying to get in touch with them while I was away.- he not own a computer either we are all seniors and we wish that you would call us back. We have been leaving messages in the voicemail in your Orland Park office and in your office, but nobody seems to be on the phone all the time. It just goes through voicemail and it never even lets you leave a message in a voicemail. Is this how you treat seniors?
Horrible - outrageous fees for notices? Hope you go out of business.
They would rather line there pockets and see you evicted from your home, than help you resolve your issues.
