I spoke to Jacquelyn Matchett for a consultation. The 1 star reviews on this company are clearly for her as well because it seems she treats all potential customers the way she treated me. Not only did her phone barely work with a lot of echo and issues, she spent most of the conversation talking over me and talking down to me and going on random tangents of excuses as to why the firm wont take my case. From what I just heard on the phone. There’s no point in this law firm existing. They only want big money. They want nothing to do with smaller claims. To the point where they will just cut you off in the middle of talking to say it’s to small. And they don’t work with any type of bankruptcy claims. So if your employer goes bankrupt then fires you the employee in the process. It’s “oh well” . Mr. Costello, as well as Diana and Tracey, were absolutely fantastic! They helped me with a very sensitive employment issue. They were understanding, took my issue very seriously, and were behind me 100%. They achieved a very favorable outcome.
