Anh was amazing in optical, she helped to take care of my daughter and myself. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. She made sure to go over all of our benefits in detail making sure we took full advantage of our insurance benefits. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses when ready. Not friendly, not helpful!
First time purchasing glasses from Costco and Lori made my entire experience a breeze! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up ordering 2 pairs and my order was ready within a week.
I have been coming to Costco for the past 5 years, and have always had a great experience with Anh. Today however, I was unpleasantly surprised by this man named Gabriel. I saw he was taking care of a customer, however, when I saw that he was just fixing some boxes I said "excuse me" 3 times, he turned around very bothered and with a really bad tone asked me "what!!" so I smiled and I said "could you please help me get information about my insurance covergae", he said "im helping this people, get a number", again, with a nas... read more
I had a great experience. The optometrist was vey knowledgeable (and kind) and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to my next visit for a follow up.
