I highly encourage you to avoid Costco Optical. Regardless if paying via insurance or out of pocket, this is not a place to visit, at least not right now! Due to reconstruction/remodeling the management of this Costco has decided to relocate the entire optical center into a very tiny space in the back of the tire shop. Hannah was super helpful, kind and sweet. She helped me fixing my glasses so they could stay in my face as my mom picked my glasses up and I couldn’t get them fit to me🤓
The customer service is OK, but as it stands, I’m on my second pair of Problematic Lenses that I’ve gotten them to do for me and it seems to be an issue with these as well the transition this time and I’m standing in the middle of the sign with no transition happening I’m not sure what’s going on, but I definitely can say this will be my last pair of glasses I take to Costco‘s.
My life has been transformed! Both drs here are great, prices are EXTRA great, they make a huge difference in my life, I can finally see now. Thank you ☺️
So what if Dr Le doesn't do small talk or doesn't smile? She did a great job examining my eyes.I wanted an option to order distance glasses as well as progressive lenses.She patiently showed me how distance only glasses would feel.
