First time purchasing glasses from Costco and Lori made my entire experience a breeze! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ended up ordering 2 pairs and my order was ready within a week.
I have been coming to Costco for the past 5 years, and have always had a great experience with Anh. Today however, I was unpleasantly surprised by this man named Gabriel. I had a great experience. The optometrist was vey knowledgeable (and kind) and the staff was very friendly. I look forward to my next visit for a follow up.
I’ve been buying from Costco for years and haven’t had any problem with them however about a month and a half ago I bought new glasses, the lenses scratched terribly , I went in to ask for different lenses that don’t scratch they said they only sell one type. They apparently have changed and are very poor quality. I will not buy from there again. I have found online that the lenses that do not scratch are still available from different company.
Loved saber so helpful so kind 10/10 please give them a raise !!
