May 23, 2026 went to Costco to get a membership. Lady tried upselling to the executive card. Politely told her we just wanted the basic. She took my husband's ID then stated, 'I just want to tell you about the executive before you cut me off!" She was very pushy and snooty even tho we both made it clear we just wanted the basic membership. She was quite snotty then and treated us poorly just because we didn't want the credit card and to upgrade. Almost walked out without the membership. Sam's doesn't treat us this way. Ugh
It's a Costco on a nice summer Friday....I stopped for a cocktail.
