I came in today at 9:23 AM, and I was told I could not enter because my membership is $65. I was told I either had to pay $130 to enter earlier or wait until 9:45 AM. Honestly, I do not think this is fair. What is the benefit of paying for a membership if I still cannot access the facility when I arrive? I believe all the employees here are mute. For the benefits they get, I think they should have a better attitude.
I have been a Costco member for over 10 years and today I am cancelling my membership due to the terrible service at the return counter. I called customer service a few days prior to see what the return policy is for returning diapers with no receipt that I got at my baby shower. I was told that I will not have any issues returning or exchanging diapers with no receipts.
