I would like to express my concerns regarding the management of the Costco Kyle location. In my opinion, the store's overall operations and customer experience have declined since Ms. Nicole became the manager. Under the previous manager, Mike, the store appeared to be better organized and managed more effectively. Since the new manager(Nicole) took over at the Kyle Costco, the condition of the food court has become very poor. The tables are often dirty and disorganized, and no one seems to pay attention to the customers. It is truly disappointing to see this Costco location decline under such weak management. I am very disappointed with the current situation.recommend everyone go to Costco south Austin they are so perfesinal!!!!
