I will NOT be renewing my membership when it expires at the end of the month. I said when I entered that I was going to the food court. While I was waiting on my food, I guess it was the Mgr, named Michelle, was very rude, berating me for not showing/scanning my membership at the entrance. I was ALWAYS told you don’t have to show your membership if you are just coming to order food. GEZ! chill out Michelle, It’s not that serious 🙃
On my first visit, the staff met me with grace and excellent service! Explained all the benefits, offered a tour, treated myself and everyone waiting with top notch professionalism. There are multiple bilingual staff/management available for assistance.
