My new favorite place
My wife and I recently visited the Hamilton Costco to downgrade our Executive membership since we barely use it anymore. Unfortunately, the process was highly frustrating. Both the associate and the manager were incredibly pushy, making it seem as though they are personally penalized by management for processing downgrades.
