Extremely slow and none of the representatives mentioned that they don’t take Mastercard. It seems to be a sales tactic to push their own branded visa.

So I was inquiring about a food product that sells out the 1st day on the floor. I called and asked when it would be coming in next, and they said, possibly a week, 15 minutes later, someone from management calls me back and says they researched it. And found out exactly when it was going to be delivered. And when to look for it, I thought that was extremely Service-oriented and yeah, a bit unusual, but very helpful. And I appreciate them, keep going out of their way for a sixteen dollar product
