Oh yaar, I went to Costco today with full family. Very nice place, honestly. Everything is in bulk — Will go again when they send the coupon book. Bas.
I visited the tire section and had a very poor experience with the cashier, Jeremy Currie. While I was waiting, he spent about 20 minutes chatting with the customer ahead of me. I asked twice if I can quickly pay for my battery, which would have taken less than 30 seconds but I was ignored both times. Costco should consider adding another cashier or providing better customer service training to ensure situations like this are handled more professionally.
As busy as this place gets, the registers are run smoothly to get people checked out very efficiently.
