I changed from 5 star to 3 because I loved Costco . 1)Can someone let me know why it takes 45 minutes to get one prescription done with 5 staffs working at the same time.2) paid full price of a box of Apple but got stolen an honey crispy apple?3) many canada products are more expensive than USA products 4) cashiers are complaining in front me they are too tired. They will purposely slow down the process speed.
I’m writing this review to appreciate the service & kindness of Felipe & Spencer who went out of their way to help us. We had left Costco right when they were closing and when we got to our car, we noticed one of our tires was punctured so we went to the air pump to fill it up. It wouldn’t fill up so Felipe who was finishing his shift came to help us and said our tire was at 2 psi. Produce at this location is terrible. It looks good on the outside but rotten on the inside. I've thrown away more than 50%. I hate tossing food especially when it's so expensive now.
