I no longer come to this location during to the horrible parking lot management. Always many cars parking right up along the store entrance instead of circling around like everyone else to find a parking spot. These cars have their ignition off. It’s hard to get the carts around them into the actual store. What happened to keeping the entrance area clear of idling cars? One of the staff said they might be Ubers. Everything was good until the cashier became insufferable. I was just checking how much was the total and she started saying “Insert, Insert, Insert…” nonstop like I don’t know how to insert the card. You don’t like people knowing what they are spending and just want to get money? She looked like she didn’t like working there at all. As a South Asian myself, I can’t believe that the same people would be so rude to me. We are known to have great hospitality but what she showed me today was just shocking.
I Love costco. Staff always seem to be in a happy helpful mood. But getting food can be difficult as alot of people don't know English numbers when called.
