Very efficient check out!
I ordered pants online that were the wrong size. I returned them yesterday unopened and in the original box. The return was quick and easy. The Costco employee was very professional and also friendly. He also solved another problem by giving me the correct phone number to save more money. I will continue to buy from Costco first because of the great products and personnel.
Food court server absolutely refused to give me a second plastic cup to split an overflowing sundae between two small children. Only when I asked to speak to a manager and offered to pay for the extra cup were they willing to accommodate me, yelling really loud for a supervisor trying to embarrass me. The manager made a snarky comment to me when she gave me the cup. I have been to many Costco locations as an executive member, and was shocked by the rudeness of this one.
Clean store, great air-conditioning, samples, and great buys & a food court... Is this heaven but for completing shopping chore? Yes.
It's a decent experience.. the products are Big ..but if you want quantity along with quality..then it's the place to go...👌
