Love shopping there. It's easy to spend a lot there, though, as there are so many great things to purchase. Returns are easy and never a problem, but I've probably only had about 3 or 4 times that I returned items and that was usually due to a size issue. The arm piece came off my wife's glasses yesterday. Since we got them at Costco they fixed them without hesitation. I know other eye glass places will fix their merchandise, but theirs always cost hundreds more up front. Not Costco's. They are too pushy at the store. It’s a combination of the salesmen, free sample peddlers, the cashiers trying to upgrade you to the higher membership.
