Bad Service
Costco shopping experience has gone downhill over the last year. Now you have to scan you Costco Card to enter. The same card you'll scan when you check out. It's redundant and annoying. They also took away the hand scanners from the self checkout, slowing that process down. They removed the boxes from self checkout so you can't box you groceries so they don't slide around your trunk. Now the self checkout has been moved and looks to be less registers. None of these moves are to improve the Costco experience.
