This Costco is my personal home base out of the Madison area. It's always well kept and organized making it a joy to go through. With it being newer, there are DEFINITELY some busy times were a lot of people are in store. I have often found other members, not the staff, can sometimes make the experience a little rocky. Staff was really helpful when it came to ordering a new battery and helping me find a separate Costco that had the battery in stock that day to fix my problem. Great prices...lotsa variety...nice surprises too of products I didn't know existed - like pistachio cream (wonderful on toast, picked a bit straight from a spoon, might work at room temp on icecream...)
