The staff has noticably changed. That was my favorite thing about this place.
Very rude employees at the front. I scanned my membership card and was accosted for not being an elite member. I was simply trying to reach my prescheduled tire appointment on time, at 10am.
Of course Costco is always busy but it’s because of the great prices and products. I love the choices they have. Way better quality products than other “clubs”. The staff does their best to get you in and out quickly! The only negative thing is they only take Visa, no Mastercard…could be awkward if you didn’t know and that’s the only card you had. I would say if I had to pick between Costco and Sam’s…hands down Costco wins every time!!! I also love the unique items they sell
