Have to say I've had very positive experiences with the optical department here. My prescription is complex and they have been very helpful and kind.
Optical dept at this location is very bad. The people who work at this Costco optical are extremely rude and incompetent. Why didn't costco train their worker how to do service.
Costco always has the BEST offerings - even carrying a ln extensive vegan selection of food!
In the numerous times I have used them the photo department have been completely inept. They never get the complete order, mix in other people's pictures, cut pictures incorrectly, give you a hassle before they give you the unconditional refund. Last time she charged me for 33 prints instead of 3, I had to sign for the charge and then wait in the refund line, then wait again while they phoned the photography dept.
