Not the best or the worst location overall, but the TIRE CENTRE here is THE WORST EVER. If you buy tires from Costco, avoid this location like plague, go to another one or just pick them up and deal with the installation on your own. These people at the counter have no idea what they are doing, they are very condescending and actively talk and behave like they do you a huge favor at their personal cost. Always packed always chaotic but love to come Costco, getting quality stuff for less.
I have been a Costco member since 2014 and generally value the service, but I must raise a serious concern regarding Linda at the Kanata location’s customer service desk. On multiple occasions, she has treated me with rudeness and dismissiveness, to the point where I now avoid her till because the interactions cause me anxiety. Even more concerning, her demeanor has come across as racially biased,( she treats Caucasian peoples with integrity) which is deeply troubling and unacceptable.
