Been a member since 1998. As an Executive Member we now don't get the same benefits as the US members but are charged the same. Dropped down to Business membership because of that and get the "used car salesman" pressure tactics to try to get me to keep paying double. A note to your membership personnel, Costco money isn't real if you can only spend it at Costco. Ease up on the company kool-aid and give your head a shake!

I was disgusted by the employee’s costumer service. It was Sunday afternoon when I went to do my grocery shopping. So busy place, most employees I saw looked so miserable. I got to the tell to pay for what I bought (I lot of grocery). The cashier was so mean. I left a few items in the cart (because I thought you can leave heavy items in the cart, she was so rude and told me to take them all out of the cart, so I did without any complains.
