I just want to say how thankful I am for the Costco hearing aid center in Champaign! The senior hearing specialist went above and beyond by spending 90 minutes repairing my father's hearing aids. My father has dementia and can't get new hearing aids; the ones he has are too old to be serviced by Resound, so he spent the time to repair them in store. This was such a help for us and has significantly improved the quality of life for my father!
Sad to say that an employee walked pass us, and didn't offer to help in the jewelry section. In the eye glass section it seemed like we're bothering them!
favorite store ever. costco is the best
I like the store itself but as far as the people working here I am not impressed at all. When a company chooses to celebrate peoples life choices over their ability to do their job, it definitely makes it uncomfortable when you have to ask a man in a dress where the laundry detergent is. I like alot of people dont care what people do with their lives but I shouldnt have to guess how to address someone who works in your store, so I don't offend someone.
